📋 Description

• Develop and execute global plans utilizing the strategic sourcing process. • Serves a key strategic role at Haemonetics providing strategy support at all levels of the organization. • Develops, leads, and executes global sourcing initiatives and strategies for assigned categories. • Perform complex data analysis, analyzing global spend, conducting market research, advancing strategies. • Manage device contract manufacturing and sterilization services categories. • Lead cross-functional teams & interface with other functions including supply chain, quality, R&D, legal, and finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Required; master's degree preferred • 7 plus years' Experience in a progressively responsible Category Management role with a focus in the Medical Device Industry and Contract Manufacturing. • Ability to conduct international/domestic travel as required.
