โข Leverage data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance the employee experience. โข Analyze HR data and implement digital solutions. โข Support data-driven decision-making across various HR functions. โข Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports. โข Support the implementation of HR technology solutions. โข Provide training on HR digital tools and systems. โข Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies. โข Support special projects related to HR analytics and digital initiatives. โข Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions.
โข Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. โข Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company. โข Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. โข Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization. โข Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
