• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders. • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital tools. • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures. • Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives. • Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions.
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization. • Previous experience with Time&Absences module • Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
