📋 Description

• Leverage data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance the employee experience. • Analyze HR data and implement digital solutions. • Support data-driven decision-making across various HR functions. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports. • Support the implementation of HR technology solutions. • Provide training on HR digital tools and systems. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies. • Support special projects related to HR analytics and digital initiatives. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization. • Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
