📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end sales process within the assigned territory, including Romania, Hungary, and the Balkans • Convert pipeline opportunities into order intake • Collaborate with the CEE Country Manager on partner management, strategic project closing, and accurate sales forecasting • Conduct customer presentations and site visits • Map potential clients in the intralogistics and automation sectors • Build and maintain a target-value pipeline for future business growth • Leverage internal resources and external partner networks • Support Marketing, Solution, and Project Management teams in customer-facing activities • Provide market trends, competitor intelligence, and solution-development insights for the region • Set personal objectives and execute development plans for business and professional growth • Engage directly with clients and external integrators to expand Hai Robotics' business

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in Intralogistics, Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Production Automation • An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Information Systems, Software, Mechatronics, or relevant fields • Must be based in Romania or Hungary • Native/fluent proficiency in Romanian • Full professional fluency in English • Knowledge of Hungarian, Bulgarian, or other regional languages is a strong plus • Proven track record in achieving sales targets • Ability to identify critical customer pain points and craft practical automation solutions • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Capacity to present complex technical concepts to all-level stakeholders • Strong entrepreneurial drive and self-starter mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote/distributed team setup • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region
