• Identify and engage prospective clients across US and international markets through structured outreach • Run discovery conversations to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and business objectives • Develop tailored proposals and positioning that align our services to client goals • Manage client relationships across the full engagement lifecycle • Map target accounts and develop multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement strategies • Convert inbound leads and referrals into new client relationships • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client intelligence in target sectors • Contribute to service improvement initiatives based on client feedback and market insight • Contribute to BD strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning
• Proven experience in business development or client relationship management, ideally within professional services, recruitment solutions, or a related B2B services environment • Demonstrated success engaging US-based or international clients • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop trusted, long-term partnerships • Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities accurately, and develop compelling proposals • Confident communicator across email, video, and phone — including with C-level stakeholders • Disciplined CRM user with strong attention to pipeline hygiene and follow-through • Self-directed and effective in a fully remote environment • Strong written English to a professional services standard.
