📋 Description
• Take full independent responsibility for and manage your own property portfolio • Independently manage rental units, common property and individual owner units (Sondereigentum) • Coordinate the awarding and supervision of repair services and service contracts • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers • Plan and conduct owners' meetings (e.g. annual general meetings) • Work closely with owners' committees and property owners
🎯 Requirements
• A passion for real estate and property management • Willingness to embrace new challenges and continuously develop professionally • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably as a certified WEG property manager • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues • Organized, structured working approach and readiness to take responsibility
