📋 Description

• Responsible for an assigned property portfolio • Independently manage rental, common and private condominium units • Independently coordinate the commissioning and supervision of repair and maintenance services • Conduct apartment handovers and inspections • Plan and execute owners' meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for real estate and property management • Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn • Excellent communication skills • Structured work approach with a strong sense of responsibility • Experience in the real estate sector, preferably certified as a WEG administrator
