📋 Description
• Take responsibility for and manage an assigned real estate portfolio • Independently administer rental, common and individual ownership (Miet-, Gemeinschafts- und Sondereigentum) • Coordinate the contracting and supervise repair and maintenance services • Plan and conduct owners' meetings (Eigentümerversammlungen) • Work closely with supervisory boards and property owners • Perform invoice/document checks and property inspections for quality assurance
