📋 Description

• Responsibility for an independent portfolio of 20–30 homeowners' associations (WEGs) totaling 500+ units • Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio • Management of your squad (Accounting & Service) to ensure maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations • Leading owners' meetings with clarity, presence and professionalism • Continuous development and improvement of processes within your area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in WEG/condominium association management, ideally with larger or more complex homeowner communities • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both commercial and strategic aspects • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus • Independent, structured working style — you don’t require micromanagement
