📋 Description

• Responsibility for your own portfolio of 20–30 condominium/homeowners' associations (500+ units) • Revenue and P&L accountability for your portfolio • Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations • Chair owners' meetings with clear oversight, clarity and professional presence • Continuously improve the processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in condominium/HOA management, ideally with larger or more complex owner communities • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage both financially and strategically • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation • Independent, structured working style — you don't require micromanagement
