⢠Development and implementation of a compensation and benefits strategy ⢠Analysis and optimization of existing remuneration structures, including recommendations for action ⢠Conducting market and salary benchmarks and preparing compensation analyses ⢠Design and management of an annual salary review process ⢠Advising managers and HR colleagues on compensation matters and current market trends ⢠Management and further development of our employee benefits (e.g., occupational pension schemes, mobility programs, health offerings) ⢠Close collaboration with Finance, Payroll, and external service providers ⢠Ensuring compliance of all compensation processes
⢠Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification ⢠Several years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with international exposure ⢠Strong knowledge of compensation systems, labor market trends, and basic employment law topics ⢠Understanding of legal requirements in compensation, particularly the German Pay Transparency Act (Entgelttransparenzgesetz) ⢠Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers ⢠Proactive, structured work style and enjoyment of conceptual work ⢠Strong communication and advisory skills when working with managers and stakeholders ⢠Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with HR analytics tools is an advantage ⢠Good German and English skills
