📋 Description

• Independent analysis, optimization, and standardization of processes in contract logistics • Planning, controlling and implementation of process rollouts at national and international sites • Taking on (partial) project management responsibilities as part of process optimization projects • Close collaboration with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams • Identifying and realizing improvement potentials using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods • Documentation and sustainable assurance of process quality

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process management, ideally in contract logistics • Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma desirable • Experience in leading (partial) projects • Very good analytical and conceptual skills • Confident use of digital tools, ideally experience with PowerApps, SharePoint and no-code/low-code programming • Willingness to travel up to 75% (national and international) • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication and teamwork skills, independent and structured working style
