📋 Description

• Planning, coordination and supervision of cleaning processes • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team • Quality inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specifications • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration • Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners • Development and implementation of optimization measures to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of managerial experience in commercial/building cleaning • Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, experience with CAFM systems • Valid driving licence (Class B) • Hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach • Excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility • Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
