📋 Description

• Independently lead (sub)projects in the automation and process industries • Responsible for project and quality management • Support and oversee complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering or a comparable field • Several years of experience in leading automation projects • Team leadership • Definition of work packages • Ideally, initial experience in one of the core industries • Enthusiasm and passion for project work • Understanding of commercial opportunities and risks • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently • Customer focus • Strong negotiation skills • Confident demeanour • Teamwork and communication skills • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel for project assignments
