📋 Description

• Advise the commercial organization on financial and strategic topics to support sound business decisions • Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in line with corporate requirements • Ensure accuracy and quality of month-end and year-end closings for the European region • Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and support M&A activities, from due diligence to integration • Design and enhance KPI frameworks and dashboards for transparent performance steering • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize efficiency and financial processes across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (Master’s preferred) • 8+ years of experience in Controlling, ideally within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3, BW, BO, S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office (Excel, Analysis for Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with business case development, M&A, and IFRS reporting • Excellent command of English and German; another European language is a plus • Experience in cross-border collaboration and navigating multicultural contexts • Analytical, structured, and hands-on, with strong communication skills • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
