• Responsible for achieving revenue and EBIT growth in the assigned territories within the EMEA region by implementing sales, marketing and trade strategies. • Optimize the commercial business with existing products; develop concepts and strategies to expand the business. • Define, analyze and achieve the annual budget targets. • Execute projects with regional representatives and partners to improve business development. • Enhance existing products and services, including analysis of KPIs and competitive monitoring. • Develop concepts for further business expansion and efficient product launches. • Act as the interface between partners and Merz departments. • Lead, develop and oversee sales partners and conduct regular business reviews. • Collaborate with third parties to enter new markets and launch new products. • Provide guidance for the implementation and follow-up of rollouts and compliance.
• Strong background in trade and marketing and a university degree in Business Administration/Management/Healthcare. • Solid experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with knowledge of the EMEA region. • Strong customer focus, high target- and results-orientation, and project management skills. • Results-driven personality, team player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong negotiation abilities. • Pronounced entrepreneurial skills combined with strong analytical capabilities; well-structured, creative and able to think "out of the box." • Fluent in English and one other relevant regional language (e.g., Russian, Arabic or another Eastern European language). • Intercultural awareness and skills, and high flexibility to travel.
