📋 Description

• Planning, controlling and monitoring cleaning processes • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team • Quality inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specification • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration • Close collaboration with customers, colleagues and partners • Development and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a leadership role within building cleaning • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems • Driving licence (Category B) • Hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach • Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility • Business-minded thinking and service orientation
