📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing the retail structure in the Frankfurt region • Oversee and manage stores based on KPI performance • Responsible for driving growth and sales together with Store Managers • Coach Shop Managers and provide clear structure and guidance • Implement innovative sales strategies to ensure excellent service and strong customer loyalty

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Strong numerical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • Commitment, agility and a hands-on mentality • Fluent in German and English
