📋 Description

• Managing a portfolio of multiple clients • Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical facility management • Independently planning maintenance and repair measures • Assisting with the implementation of major building maintenance works and smaller new-build, refurbishment and extension projects in the building services trades • Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services • Scheduling, coordination and performance monitoring of external service providers • Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in facility management, building services/utility engineering, electrical engineering, building technology, or a comparable field • Professional experience in a comparable position • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Solid knowledge of technical facility management • Customer-oriented demeanour, strong organizational skills and assertiveness • Confident user of MS Office and preferably experience with CAFM systems • Driving license class B (car)
