• You lead the Frankfurt location in terms of expertise, personnel and sales — with a clear direction and genuine team focus. • You drive your team forward. • You develop talent, set standards, celebrate successes — and create an environment where people enjoy delivering results. • You provide top-level, holistic, individual and confident advice — with access to over 600 banks and partners via EUROPACE. • You expand networks and partnerships regionally, are highly visible in the market, and reliable for partners. • You think beyond the loan — you leverage cross-selling potential and strengthen holistic advisory.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in mortgage financing advisory • Certification under the Residential Real Estate Lending Directive / §34i GewO • Leadership is a strength of yours (or you are ready to take it on now) • Market understanding, strong intermediation and closing skills • EUROPACE knowledge is a plus • You work in a structured and self-responsible way • You communicate clearly and appreciatively internally and externally — professional, reliable, human.
