📋 Description

• You lead the Frankfurt location operationally, for personnel and sales — with a clear direction and a genuine team focus. • You advance your team, develop talent, set standards, celebrate successes — and create an environment where people enjoy performing. • You provide top-level, holistic, individual, and confident advice — with access to over 600 banks and partners via EUROPACE. • You expand networks and partnerships regionally, ensuring strong market visibility and reliability for partners. • You leverage cross-selling opportunities and strengthen holistic advisory services.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in residential mortgage advisory • Certification under the Residential Mortgage Credit Directive / §34i GewO • Leadership is a fit for you (or you are ready to take it on now) • Market awareness, brokerage competence, and strong closing ability • EUROPACE experience is a plus • You work in a structured and self-directed manner • You communicate clearly and respectfully both internally and externally — professional, reliable, and personable
