📋 Description

• Assist in the management of the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract • Support Program Managers and Account Executives with special client requests, events, and orders • Own, or coordinate with shared services teams, assignments and follow through of tasks • Engaging the Copy Writer • Web tickets • Customer Master docs completion and submission to AR • Creating web templates • Running and formatting standard reports • Basic proofing/reviewing of online store • Pricing checks for ERP match on online store • Working with Merchandising Team to track inventory availability for new launch or refresh • Create DOI specifics for review by Program Account Manager, and basic DOI testing • Assist with customer service if needed • Assist Program Manager with preparing content for internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience • 2+ years of customer service experience • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent time-management and organizational skills • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports • Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required • Basic marketing and accounting knowledge
