📋 Description

• Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s on-farm infrastructure • Diagnose hardware issues and quickly relay information to the appropriate team • Support Halter deployments on farms, including troubleshooting and installations • Provide field insights to product and engineering teams to inform solutions for Australian cattle producers • Participate in the global on-call roster for tower-related incidents and proactively resolve issues • Collect, interpret, and analyse hardware data to optimise processes, improve operational efficiency, and identify issues early • Help build and manage a maintenance system for the Australian market • Collaborate across Halter’s teams to drive strong customer outcomes • Travel regularly to producers across Australia, typically 3–4 days per week with some nights away from home • Take on additional work needed to support Halter’s success in Australia

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach and ability to figure things out on the go • Ability to translate field observations into clear, actionable feedback for remote product and engineering teams • Strong time-management skills and ability to complete tasks on schedule independently • Ability to work effectively with people across different locations and time zones • Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage market-entry environment • Commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining infrastructure to a high standard • Willingness to travel regularly and sometimes spontaneously across the region • Eligibility to work in Australia • Full, clean driver's licence
