📋 Description

• Oversee upkeep and repair of Halter’s on-farm infrastructure • Diagnose hardware issues and quickly relay information to the appropriate team • Support farm deployments, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installations • Provide field insights to product and engineering teams to improve solutions for Australian cattle producers • Participate in the global on-call roster for tower-related incidents • Collect, interpret, and analyse hardware data to optimise processes and operational efficiency • Identify issues proactively before they become problems • Help build and manage a maintenance system for the Australian market • Collaborate across Halter teams to drive strong customer outcomes • Travel regularly to farms across Australia, typically 3–4 days per week with some nights away • Take on additional tasks needed for Halter’s success in Australia

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must • Proactive, ownership-oriented, go-getter attitude • Ability to translate field observations into clear, actionable feedback for remote product and engineering teams • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate across locations and time zones • Comfortable working in an early-stage, ambiguous market-entry environment • Commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining infrastructure • Willingness to travel regularly and sometimes spontaneously across the region • Full, clean driver's licence • Eligibility to work in Australia: Australian citizenship, Australian citizenship or New Zealand permanent residency, valid Australian work permit, or sponsorship requirement disclosed • Cover letter and CV required • Current notice period and expected annual base salary requested during application
