📋 Description

• Drive the execution and optimization of the global Customer Success framework • Build, optimize, and maintain tools and processes for Customer Success Managers • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for customer monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on operational expertise in Customer Success environments • Deep subject matter expert for Customer Success platforms (Salesforce, Slack, Gainsight, Totango, or similar) • Experience in process design, execution, and performance analytics • Proven ability to monitor customer health, flag risks, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
