• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles. • Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
