📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager, Lower Limb is responsible for the strategy and development of Fillauer’s lower-limb prosthetic and orthotic product portfolio • Own the full product lifecycle for assigned product lines • Serve as the primary connection between Fillauer’s product development team, clinical stakeholders, sales organization, and marketing function • Define well-scoped problem statements and market requirements • Build and own go-to-market plans for product launches and line extensions • Track commercial KPIs and identify and resolve barriers to adoption through cross-functional solutions • Own the marketing brief for assigned product lines • Design and lead VOC programs to synthesize feedback into product requirements and commercial strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or healthcare; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, Consulting, or similar function (6 years with Advanced Degree) • Project or Program management experience • Global launch strategy and execution experience • Familiarity with O&P, prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation medicine, or physical/occupational therapy • Experience working alongside clinical practitioners or in a clinical sales or clinical marketing role • Exposure to medical device regulatory basics (FDA classification, 510(k)) and reimbursement structures (CMS, L-codes, prior authorization)
