📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) • Optimize external scientific engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and healthcare entities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate tactical plans • Develop and implement the MSL Effectiveness Model • Ensure adherence to compliance standards • Communicate strategic value of Field Medical across internal stakeholders • Drive generation of field insights • Foster team advancement through individual development plans and educational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced medical or scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DNP) • 5+ years of field medical experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership role • Strong experience with both proactive and reactive field medical initiatives • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external KOLs/HCPs • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex science into relevant clinical context • Demonstrated understanding of compliance, ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines related to Medical Affairs • Ability to travel approximately 50%
