📋 Description

• Advise companies on the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket. • Develop tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to implementation. • Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile methodologies. • Analyze complex requirements and create concepts that deliver real added value. • Support migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integration into existing IT landscapes. • Collaborate with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ideally also Bitbucket and Bamboo). • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management. • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a process-oriented working style. • Very good German and very good English language skills. • Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one.
