• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand client requirements and demonstrate automation capabilities. • Assist in creating proof-of-concept (PoC) automation workflows for prospective customers. • Provide technical guidance on automation best practices and feasibility during the sales process. • Support in crafting automation-related proposals, presentations, and documentation. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency. • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions that integrate with various business applications. • Configure automation rules, triggers, and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks. • Develop scripts and automation logic to enable seamless data exchange between systems. • Conduct testing and validation to ensure automation accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. • Train internal teams and clients on implemented automation solutions, ensuring smooth adoption. • Monitor automation performance, identify areas for enhancement, and optimize workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, presales automation solutions, or technical support for automation tools. • Strong analytical skills to assess workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Strong understanding of API integrations and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). • Exposure to CRM, ERP, or customer support systems is a plus. • Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. • Strong communication skills to support both presales discussions and technical troubleshooting. • A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
