📋 Description

• Assume overall accountability for delivery success across multiple concurrent client engagements. • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with agreed scope, timelines and quality expectations. • Provide hands-on delivery oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support. • Identify project risks and issues early and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution activities. • Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues and concerns. • Facilitate difficult conversations and guide clients through complex decision-making processes. • Develop trusted advisor relationships through consistent delivery excellence and industry knowledge. • Contribute to client satisfaction, referenceability, and long-term account growth. • Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices. • Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes and client engagements. • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams throughout delivery. • Mentor team members and contribute to the ongoing development of consulting capabilities. • Identify potential scope changes and support change control processes. • Work with Engagement Leads and commercial stakeholders to manage project profitability and contractual obligations. • Support project recovery activities when delivery challenges arise. • Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks. • Support business development activities, including solution reviews, project planning, and proposal development. • Share lessons learned and best practices across the team. • Maintain knowledge of legal technology trends, Elite 3E / Aderant Expert capabilities, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 8-12 years of experience delivering enterprise software, financial systems, or business transformation projects. • Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent client engagements in a consulting or professional services environment. • Strong experience delivering complex software implementation projects. • Previous experience within the legal services sector strongly preferred. • Direct experience with Elite 3E, Aderant Expert, or other legal practice management and financial management systems highly desirable. • Experience working with law firms and understanding legal finance, billing, matter management, and operational processes. • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level client sponsors. • Based in the United Kingdom with the ability to travel as required. • Willingness to visit client sites throughout the UK and internationally when necessary. • Eligibility to work in the UK. • Ability to work effectively with remote and global teams.
