📋 Description

• Transform and scale engineering organization into a predictable, elite execution engine • Partner with product leadership to align technical capacity with product prioritization • Direct major enterprise initiatives, including modernization of the legacy codebase • Drive successful adoption of AI-assisted tooling across engineering and quality assurance teams • Transition the quality assurance framework from manual to automated testing • Optimize capacity allocation for innovation and ongoing maintenance • Deliver comprehensive codebase refactoring within specified timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of progressive software engineering experience • 4 or more years in a senior engineering leadership role • Proven track record leading and scaling engineering organizations in a B2B SaaS company • Experience partnering at the executive level to translate technical strategy into business outcomes • Experience owning and managing an engineering P&L • Proven experience leading large-scale legacy modernization efforts • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated QA frameworks, and metrics programs • Exceptional strategic capability and change leadership skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
