📋 Description

• Conduct virtual client meetings to gather information, clarify goals, and present tailored estate planning strategies. • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related planning instruments. • Lead sophisticated client and advisor meetings with professionalism, clarity, and confidence. • Collaborate with financial advisors, internal team members, and our of-counsel attorney network across all 50 states. • Stay current on federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws. • Advise clients on asset titling, beneficiary designations, and trust funding. • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and their leadership teams. • Respond to client and advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate & trust planning. • At least 3 years of advanced estate planning experience.
