📋 Description

• Develop detailed layouts and mechanical designs for conveyors, sortation systems, and structural components • Create equipment specifications, RFQs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Perform system calculations (load, throughput, structural integrity) • Support installation, commissioning, and system validation activities • Conduct site visits for field measurements and retrofit assessments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integration • Support cost estimation and value engineering efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8+ years in material handling or industrial mechanical design • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools • Experience with conveyance and automated systems design • Understanding of system integration across controls and software • Strong problem-solving and design optimization capabilities
