📋 Description
• Partner with the TA team on administration, coordination, and recruitment project support • Manage key process elements including background checks, contract generation, onboarding and reporting • Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes • Support complex international mobility requirements, particularly for senior-level expat recruitment • Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role—bonus points if you’ve worked in mining, resources, or large, multi-site businesses • The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset • Experience with SuccessFactors, and Fit2Work, is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential
