📋 Description

• Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy • Provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team • Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture • Provide architectural controls to ensure correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions • Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects • Participate in process workshops • Assist in migrating configuration across instances • Oversee implementation and maintenance of platform integrations • Oversee the security of the Now Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related • ServiceNow Certified; preferably ServiceNow Application Developer, CSM Implementation Specialist (CIS), Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA) • ITIL Foundations Certification preferred • Total 12+ yrs of experience and 8+ years relevant work experience • Must have architectural experience with ServiceNow • Must be willing to work in shifts • Experience in Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow specific projects in at least one module such as ITSM, CSM or ITOM • Experience with complex software solutions • Ability to define and manage complex process and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgment • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution • Industry domain expertise • Experience writing technical functional specifications • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform • Proven experience implementing functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, Script Includes, Transform Map, etc. • Proven experience working within waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Practical experience setting up ServiceNow APIs and MID servers • Practical experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript, and relational databases • Practical experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and policies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills • Ability to train and support others on functional area-related topics • Proven organizational skills • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workload to deliver high-quality work products on time with minimal direction • Working knowledge of business value justification, business case development, and financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment • Working knowledge of vendor management principles and procedures
