📋 Description

• Build the legal function in Australia from the ground up • Serve as the go-to legal advisor for the APAC region • Advise leadership on commercial and strategic matters • Run complex SaaS, software, and partnership negotiations with major health providers from start to finish • Advise on privacy, data security, and new market entry • Create and refine legal templates, processes, and culture for scalable growth • Manage risk while enabling business growth and finding practical paths to agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Australian-qualified lawyer • Current practising certificate • Strong background in corporate and commercial law from a law firm or in-house team • Experience in technology, especially SaaS, or healthcare is a plus • Commercial mindset focused on achieving business goals • Ability to work autonomously as the sole legal expert for a fast-growing region • Self-starter who gets things done
