• Provide leadership for a team of up to 35 engineers supporting 100+ clients on a rotating shift pattern • Ensure efficient and professional execution of activities supporting clients' mission-critical systems • Own rating and review of employees rotating with the Duty Manager, with input from the Tower Manager • Detect major incidents and critical issues early and drive fast remediation during the shift • Ensure client requests, incidents, and problems are addressed in a timely and professional manner • Conduct stand-up calls and manage activity and client-status handovers between shifts and teams • Allocate resources across teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively • Identify and implement operational process improvements across teams • Provide detailed and accurate performance feedback for resources under the manager's guidance • Perform change approver, quality controller, and post-change validation functions • Supervise employee attendance and participation • Assist Shift Site Reliability Engineers with client communication and escalations • Inspire and motivate employees on the rotating shift • Drive results through agreed KPIs for alerts, monitoring tools, and case/SNOW metrics
