📋 Description

• Provide continual technical guidance and ongoing support to clients • Collaborate with internal technical teams to implement and integrate solutions successfully • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Technical Account Managers to understand business requirements and objectives • Design solutions aligned with hosting best practices, industry standards, and organizational priorities • Develop and document technical architecture, including infrastructure, data flow, integrations, domain trust relationships, security, and performance requirements • Design and document integrations among systems, components, and third-party services • Create architectural diagrams and documentation for account teams • Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies • Proactively address project-delivery and client-environment challenges • Review assigned client control systems weekly and mitigate issues • Contribute to internal processes and best practices
