📋 Description

• Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents, problems, and performance issues • Ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of business-critical services • Contribute to architecture and design decisions in the areas of applications, databases, and middleware • Independently plan, prioritize, and implement technical measures • Further develop the operating environment through automation, process optimization, and the expansion of monitoring and observability capabilities • Implement security requirements, including hardening, certificate management, access permissions, and compliance • Handle complex tickets, including root cause analysis and the development of sustainable solutions • Work closely with development, service, and infrastructure teams • Support customers with challenging technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience operating application, database, or middleware systems • Completed degree in IT, vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable practical experience • Solid knowledge in several of the following areas: Oracle databases and/or middleware; Linux and/or Windows operating systems; monitoring and observability; automation (e.g., Ansible, scripting) • Ability to analyze complex technical interdependencies holistically and develop sustainable solutions • Experience contributing to architecture or design decisions • Structured, proactive, and efficient way of working, combined with a strong quality and security mindset • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration • Initial experience with certificate management, complex application environments, or collaboration with DevOps teams is an advantage • German language skills at least at B1 level • English language skills are an advantage
