📋 Description

• Coordinate projects with customers • Implement the software at customer sites • Understand on-site processes and support system integration into customers’ IT environments • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Engineering and Product • Clarify and analyze production and logistics processes at customer sites • Develop technical and functional concepts, such as business data models, interface specifications, and process designs • Advise customers on process improvements • Document customer requirements and processes • Manage and structure IT projects and coordinate milestones and deadlines • Serve as the interface to Product Owners, stakeholders, and product development • Configure the software technically on the customer side

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field • Knowledge of logistics and production processes, ideally combined with experience in autonomous systems • Based in Germany; applicants must currently reside in Germany • Solid experience in functional and technical process analysis • Initial experience in agile and traditional project management • Business-fluent German and English skills • Ability to identify and solve problems • Trustworthy personality with strong communication skills • Thorough and independent working style • Willingness to travel • Proven track record of success and a passion for technology
