📋 Description

• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline best practices • Design and implement disaster recovery solutions • Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure • Troubleshoot, debug, and automate operations • Collaborate within a team environment • Learn new skills to keep pace with emerging technologies and evolving skill sets • Create and update documentation • Respond to alerts and outages • Participate in a periodic 24x7 on-call schedule • Provide responsive customer service to clients • Operate and architect highly visible multi-tenant applications for the Your Care Community platform • Support operations, re-engineer processes, and implement continuous delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of working experience with AWS cloud infrastructure • 3 or more years’ experience in AWS • 3 or more years’ experience in Linux operations, bash, or a systems engineer role • Experience in a scripting and/or other development language is a plus • AWS certification required • Professional-level experience with AWS and infrastructure-related services • Experience with systems and IT operations, including networking and performance knowledge • Strong grasp of automation across infrastructure, build, configuration, testing, and deployment • Professional-level experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Professional experience designing High Level Architecture for HA/DR • Professional experience with tools such as Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, and TeamCity • Deep operational knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, mostly Linux • Experience with clustering and containerization technologies • Ability to communicate and collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment • Critical thinking • Proactive approach • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills
