📋 Description

• Own the overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts • Act as the primary post-sales contact for customers • Design, develop, and deliver customer onboarding programs • Develop and execute customer success plans • Monitor customer health, product adoption, and engagement • Conduct regular customer business reviews • Lead customer adoption and change management initiatives • Understand customer workflows and provide guidance • Support pre-sales engagements • Partner closely with the Sales team • Identify opportunities for account growth • Support customer renewal activities • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to manage customer issues • Work with installed-base customers to identify successful use cases • Collaborate closely with Product Management by gathering customer feedback • Maintain accurate customer success documentation • Travel across the Middle East & Africa as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT or equivalent • Good understanding of clinical workflows • Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems • Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Experience with survey tools, data analysis and reporting • Results driven and collaborative team player • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
