⢠Own the overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts ⢠Act as the primary post-sales contact for customers ⢠Design, develop, and deliver customer onboarding programs ⢠Develop and execute customer success plans ⢠Monitor customer health, product adoption, and engagement ⢠Conduct regular customer business reviews ⢠Lead customer adoption and change management initiatives ⢠Understand customer workflows and provide guidance ⢠Support pre-sales engagements ⢠Partner closely with the Sales team ⢠Identify opportunities for account growth ⢠Support customer renewal activities ⢠Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to manage customer issues ⢠Work with installed-base customers to identify successful use cases ⢠Collaborate closely with Product Management by gathering customer feedback ⢠Maintain accurate customer success documentation ⢠Travel across the Middle East & Africa as needed
⢠Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT or equivalent ⢠Good understanding of clinical workflows ⢠Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems ⢠Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills ⢠Experience with survey tools, data analysis and reporting ⢠Results driven and collaborative team player ⢠Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
