• Handle outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner. • Meet and maintain outbound calling goals and metrics. • Utilize available tools to document all outbound call attempts and results. • Gain an understanding of Medicare and Medicaid plans, their benefits, and features. • Assist with setting appointments, completing welcome calls and health assessments. • Provide professional consumer experience by utilizing effective listening and communication skills. • Maintain our high standard of ethical conduct. • Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills. • Analytical thinking, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Intermediate to advanced experience resolving computer application issues and navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end user (multiple screens recommended but not required) • Ability to navigate and interact with different interfaces while talking) • Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings • 1 year or more call center experience preferred • Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred • Knowledge of medical and Medicare terminology helpful • Comfortable with constructive feedback and willing to improve
