• Work on an existing high-performing pro account or actively help build a new account • Develop ideas for viral content • Create Reels, posts, and image concepts • Write captions and hooks • Analyze successful content • Support the digital growth of regional businesses

• Students or interns with an interest in social media • Creative thinkers with ideas • Interest in AI and digital marketing • Motivation to try new things • Ideally a connection to or enthusiasm for the Harz region • Experience is not required — creativity and willingness to learn matter most.
