🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience • Demonstrated success hiring technical talent • Deep familiarity with Greenhouse ATS • Boolean search power-user on LinkedIn • Hands-on experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools • Proven ability to design, implement, and measure recruiting processes • Sufficient technical fluency to be a trusted partner with engineering leaders • Experience in successfully leading complex offer negotiations • U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.
