🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact solutions in a product-led organization • comfortable with ambiguity and can drive projects from zero to shipped with minimal oversight • comfortable setting a high bar for quality while pragmatically addressing the legacy debt • systems thinker with a strong eye for patterns, cohesion, and scalability • comfortable explaining the rationale behind your design decisions • translate ambiguous business goals into clear problem statements tied to measurable impact • identify trade-offs quickly and help teams make informed decisions • experimentation mindset and know when to move fast versus when to invest on quality • give clear, actionable, respectful feedback and model healthy feedback loops early and often • comfortable defining your designs’ success metrics for your work validating solutions with users • celebrate failures for the learning they unlock • comfortable designing for diverse user groups with at times competing needs • stay flexible when priorities inevitably shift and approach conflict with curiosity • strong visual design skills with an understanding of the latest product design trends • comfortable contributing scalable reusable components to an existing system
