📋 Description

• Deliver sales targets across organic and new store channels • Drive profitability through optimal product mix and in-store execution • Support partner stores with Business Action Plans to improve traffic, conversion, and revenue • Build strong relationships with store teams and manage lead pipelines • Train and develop partner teams; support recruitment and ongoing capability building • Lead store activations, events, and brand initiatives • Ensure effective inventory levels and use of CRM/ERP tools (e.g. Salesforce) • Collaborate with internal teams across India, IMEA, and HQ • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights • Support marketing with on-the-ground insights • Ensure full brand compliance and premium customer experience across all stores • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Hästens’ values and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related) • 5–10 years’ experience in sales; luxury/premium brands preferred • Proven success in B2C and B2B environments • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) • High adaptability in fast-paced, growth environments • Fluent in English and local language
