📋 Description
• Define and execute technical strategy and architectural vision for backend platform • Drive adoption of best practices and improve processes within the team • Maintain a significant hands-on coding role (50%+) • Optimize performance across GCP microservice environment • Mentor and coach a team of Golang engineers • Lead software development lifecycle for major features • Establish and enforce code quality standards by leading reviews and providing feedback • Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Product Management and Design teams
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development • 4+ years focused on Golang • 2+ years in a Technical Lead role • Expert-level proficiency in designing and operating services using Golang • Deep expertise in GCP services (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub) • Expertise in microservice architectures and communication using gRPC and REST • Mastery of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns • Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
