📋 Description

• As a key member of the Government Professional Contracting team, plays a critical part in executing contracting strategies and ensuring comprehensive provider network coverage. • Responsible for building, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with physicians, physician groups, and other healthcare providers to support organizational goals. • Essential to maintaining robust provider networks and advancing value-based care strategies, helping ensure high-quality, accessible care for members across government programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years provider contracting experience OR 7 years business experience including 3 years provider contracting experience. • Knowledge of provider and facility contracting, products, and claims/processing systems. • Negotiation skills. • Relationship building skills. • Knowledge of marketplace. • Meet deadlines and work well under pressure. • Verbal and written communication skills; organizational and planning skills. • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office. • Analytical skills. • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays. • 2 years experience in Government Contracting (preferred requirement). • Experience with collaborate cross-functionally to align network development with strategic and regulatory requirements (preferred requirement). • Experience monitoring network performance and identify opportunities to enhance coverage, access, and value-based care initiatives (preferred requirement).
