📋 Description
• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HDT products including generators, shelters, and air conditioning units • Conducts initial product training on all HDT Products purchased by customers • Refurbishes returned demonstration equipment and packs for proper storage • Works with inside sales for achievement of customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years minimum relevant work experience • High School diploma or equivalent required; some secondary preferred • Ability to read schematics, blue prints, drawings, etc. • Ability to provide monthly training reports • Customer focused and able to negotiate sales agreements • Strong decision/problem-solving skills
